Before implementing the solution, the financial reports of Glorieta consumed a lot of time for preparation and could only be represented in static formats. They had a manual process for managing fixed assets that had to be done outside the accounting system. Relevant data and the ability to install comparative analysis were inaccessible for Glorieta’s Management. As the camp adds locations and entities, their legacy accounting system would not be able to scale to match that growth.
After a rigorous software evaluation, Glorieta chose Intacct over other on-premises and cloud solutions as the best fit. The implementation of Intacct offers Glorieta a real time access to their financial data extensively through Internet access. It offers electronic workflows and approvals that streamline manually driven processes and save time. The granularity of Intacct’s dimensional reporting allows the finance team to provide reports to the board that once required a great deal of manual effort, or were unavailable with their old system.
