Bandwidth Acquired Voxbone

The consideration to Voxbone shareholders amounted to cash in the amount of nearly €354.6 million EUR (nearly $413 million USD), with the remainder being paid in 663,394 shares of Bandwidth Class A common stock (nearly €91.3 million EUR or nearly $106.4 million USD).

FREMONT, CA: Bandwidth, a leading enterprise cloud communications company, declared the successful acquisition of Voxbone, an international enterprise cloud communications leader, for an enterprise value of €446 million EUR (nearly $519.4 million USD). The consideration to Voxbone shareholders amounted to cash in the amount of nearly €354.6 million EUR (nearly $413 million USD), with the remainder being paid in 663,394 shares of Bandwidth Class A common stock (nearly €91.3 million EUR or nearly $106.4 million USD).

The deal was originally declared on October 12, 2020 and boosts Bandwidth's international strategy by many years, giving the company a footprint in 60+ countries, representing 93 percent of the world's GDP.Top Cloud Communications Solution Companies

Voxbone is now expected to operate under the Bandwidth brand.
