eSecureData is a Canadian Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) provider that delivers managed hosting, dedicated servers, colocation and domains to wide range of customers across Canada.
Canadian Web Hosting, an on-demand hosting solutions provider offers Shared Hosting, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Cloud Hosting, Dedicated Servers, and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) for Canadian companies of all sizes.
With the acquisition, Canadian Web Hosting will cater to businesses and corporations with enterprise-grade infrastructure, SSAE 16 compliance and managed support expertise that helps to meet their requirements. Keeping an eye on improving capacity and performance, Canadian Web Hosting expands its cloud initiative across Canada delivering Canadian cloud computing, IoT and other services that requires faster and more software friendly infrastructure for the companies.
The acquisition intends to integrate eSecureData’s datacenters with Canadian Web Hosting's cloud hosting services and dedicated CloudStream Network Backbone running across Canada and expand their presence to five datacenters in Canada.
