SAN DIEGO, CA: Developed specifically for service providers, CloudLinux, provider of products that make Linux secure, delivers Public Beta of KuberDock. It is a PaaS (Platform as a Service) technology which allows service providers to give containerized applications to their customers through Docker instead of virtual machines.

The new product gives a simple way to customers to set up complex scenarios on cloud and supports multi-tenant environments for hosting Docker containers. With its powerful API, service providers can also integrate KuberDock into their customers’ billing and customer management system quickly.

In addition, they can offer apps of their selection as an add-on service for their shared hosting customers, and through the docker hub, they can expand their application hosting portfolio by gaining easy access to 70K+ of available apps, like MongoDB and ElasticSearch.

“With KuberDock, hosting companies can now use Docker container to run a lot more apps on the same server, and offer application hosting using Docker format quickly and easily,” states Igor Seletskiy, CEO, CloudLinux. Moreover, it also offers secure networking to connect multiple containers across nodes for the customers and persistent storage by integrating with Ceph, a distributed object store and file system designed to give excellent performance, reliability and scalability.
