The technology includes enhanced PMS, channel management, guest marketing, business intelligence, tour desk among the others to enhance reservation management, real-time online booking and channel management integration. “ The Hospitality Cloud takes the worry out of managing a hotel’s information system, hoteliers can now spend more time on running their business and less time worrying managing an IT system,” says Todd Sabo, RMS North America President and General Manager.

The key features of PMS include scheduled reports where reports can be customized into the inbox on a specified time and avoids the need to depend on others for completion of a report. The next is digital dashboard which comes with wide range of widgets and is capable of rearranging them to display the required information. Dashboard responds to any device and can display the information in different ways including graphs, dials and tiles. In addition PMS supports digital registration card, which speeds up the check in process by replacing the paper based registration card by a tablet and the data being updated in cloud immediately. This will allow the guests to review details instantly by signing in through digital card or finger print option. Guest surveys will be automatically sent at the time of departure which will keep the hoteliers informed on the guests needs.
